2.1. This instrument aims to regulate the general conditions for using the tool for
accessing and using the profile generation and candidate search service through a service platform - SaaS, named Rocketmat AI Services.

2.2. THE USER WILL ELECTRONICALLY EXPRESS THEIR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE CORRESPONDING DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY BY SELECTING THE OPTION "I HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF USE OF THESE

SERVICES" AVAILABLE ON THE APPLICATION'S REGISTRATION PAGES ("ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE").

2.3. The User's placement of the Electronic Acceptance implies their express, automatic, full acceptance, without reservations or exceptions, of all provisions of these Terms of Use and the applicable Data Privacy and Security Policy, as may be amended.

2.4. The Terms of Use and the corresponding Data Privacy and Security Policy applicable to the Service will be available on the electronic access and use channels of the Application, including via mobile and Website.

2.5. These Terms of Use, in addition to contractually regulating the relationship between the parties, should also be understood as a license to use the software linked to the Service, which are governed by copyright and other applicable laws. To use any form of the Service, it is mandatory to accept these Terms of Use and the respective Data Privacy and Security Policy. Accessing or using the Service without this acceptance or through violation constitutes not only a violation of these Terms of Use but also a violation of the copyright related to the Service.

2.6. ROCKETMAT reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify the Terms of Use and the Data Privacy and Security Policy, including new conditions and/or restrictions, and must communicate this to the User through the Application and/or the Website. The continued access and/or use of the Service by the User will imply automatic acceptance of any updates to these.

2.7. The valid and effective version of these Terms of Use is the one currently published by the Application and/or the Website, respecting acquired rights, perfect legal acts, and things judged.

2.8. The User should always read these Terms of Use and the Data Privacy and Security Policy carefully and cannot excuse themselves from them by claiming ignorance of their content, including any modifications.

2.9. Certain services and content offered about the Service may be subject to specific terms of use. In this case, the specific terms of use may replace, supplement, or modify these Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and specific terms of use applicable to the provision of the Service, the special conditions shall prevail over the general ones. The special conditions should also always be read by the User. Other notices and communications may be made during the provision of the Service, which will be considered special conditions and will prevail over these Terms of Use.
