How it all began
Established in 2017 by a dynamic team of data scientists and Ph.D. engineers, Rocketmat emerged to tackle the challenge of candidate qualification using Machine Learning, enhancing decision-making in selection processes. Our success in the MVP phase led to securing our first client, Embraer, for a groundbreaking pilot project.
The fisrt flight
In January 2018, Rocketmat Inc. was established in the United States, driven by the recognition of AI's potential in HR. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate with recruitment and selection software, shaping a new era of innovation.
The Pandemic
During the early days of the pandemic, Rocketmat played an active role by implementing our technology to expedite hiring at Hospital Albert Einstein, as well as the field hospitals at Morumbi and Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo - Brazil.
The future
After three years of relentless research and development, our generative application was launched in January 2024. This platform serves as a democratizing force, aiming to provide widespread access to AI for accelerating job placements.
